We’ve had a great start to the year producing all natural, customized sleep for people all over the USA. But most importantly we are excited for the lives changed through our partnership in helping former felons, addicts and homeless get jobs, life skills and a future.
After a decade of incarceration, Brad* joined us at the WorkShop 12 months ago. He dabbled in a little bit of everything (stuffing pillows, packaging, fulfillment & sewing) during his time with us, although his most recent venture was in the sewing department. When we first met Brad a little over a year ago, he was shy and reserved. During his time at the facility, he truly became a part of our community- building lifelong friendships and working relationships. Brad has worked hard to find sustainable housing, and is now moving on to a well paid job in medical device manufacturing. We are sad to see him go, but thankful for the impact he has made on everyone around him! *Names changed for the protection of our employees.
Brad is a reminder of why we do what we do. Although your sleep, comfort and producing amazing products are our key values as a company, the driving force behind all we do at Infinitemoon is helping people and impacting our community and beyond. Brad and many others define how we are pillows with a purpose changing lives.
